Neil Fairweather brings over 25 years of broad commercial experience to the needs of his clients. Neil is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. Neil has a depth of experience in both corporate transactions and business litigation.

Over the years, Neil has represented a wide variety of businesses in commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, commercial lending, and capital markets transactions. Neil also has experience with franchise acquisition and sales and non-profit formation and governance.

Neil frequently works with startup businesses and has assisted clients with the formation of new companies throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

Neil also advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition, sale, leasing of real property, and in litigation of real estate disputes. Neil also counsels new and existing businesses on growth strategies, winding down, dissolutions, as well as the resolution of various business conflicts.

Neil litigates commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. The transactional and litigation aspects of Neil’s practice are complementary and enable Neil to provide his clients a complete range of legal services.
